  1. Hello In regards to the Headstand pushup and elbow position, can they be like roughly 45 degrees or less pointed outward? My goal is the hollowback press eventually so I want to make sure that it is still be possible if I dont train with my elbows pointing 99% straight backwards. Trying to be super strict elbows back means I need to move quite far forward in front of my hands and I am just unsure if that is truly necessary.
  2. Hi, I am looking for some strenght program for OAP and free HSPU. My 1RM for pull up is 40 kg and for dip 50 kg.
