    Planche progressions

Hi guys, I'm aiming to be very good on the rings. One of my favourite skills is full planche and some time ago (January) I was able to hold a full planche on paralettes without perfect form, but quite good tho. Although, I decided to do some steps back and approach it a lot better and with perfect form (full protraction and ppt). As for the planification of the training, I'm following the method proposed in BtGB. BUT, as I want to be able to perform the full planche on rings rather than on floor or p-bars, I don't know if it would be wiser to train all the progressions on the rings, or train them on the floor and once I have a very decent 10sec full planche, go for it on the rings... What do you guys think? Thanks in advance, Oscar

  3. Hello GB community, I am brand new here and have always been interested in strength training. After reading many of the forum posts about F1, H1, and BtGB and hearing about the results that accompany the training/workouts, I decided I am definitely going to begin here. I have decent strength and a weight lifting background. That being said, I have no experience at all with gymnastics or any of the movements involved (I'm sure no flexibility either) and was wondering which of the three guides (F1, H1, or BtGB) I should begin with. Also, what equipment is essential to progressing in the program? Any advice on the matter is welcome and greatly appreciated as well as any other general tips. Thanks!

Gb Wod For Earn Muscle Mass

Hello all Well, I have a question, I will have rings and parallettes. I also have all the books of Vass TheSuperSaiyan, Overcoming Gravity, Convict Conditioning (1,2 SuperFAQ), and Building The Gymnastic Body, Raising The Bar (by Al Kavadlo) strengt Training Anatomy (by Frederic Delavier) Lafay methods and various books of Turbulence Training. I read most of these books and they all converge to almost the same type of WOD. However, even if I have more than a year of experience, having been assisted by the method Lafay does not help me to know how to design my own WOD correctly so I turned to the WOD of GymnasticBodies. Are they good for earn muscle mass ? thank you, Clement. PS : Sorry for my English, I'm French
