Let's just say it's not unusual to be sore. I was more meaning if you are so sore you can't do anything, then you are overdoing it.

No-one would expect muscular gains from 1 minute of  weight-training, but everybody expects stretching gains from 1 minute of stretching  :D

 

Mental sides are also completely overlooked with this. Think about the strength and balance of character of a person who is able to do eg. strength training for 3 hours per day, and also able to do 3 hours of stretching per day without dying of boredom.

Hory shet! My old thread came back to life! My splits improved since starting the thread. Haha. And changing exercises and improving techniques to get the range of motion I wanted.

Lol yea, I'm thankful for this forum being around as long as it has. Alot of my questions have been answered because others before me asked.
