Hey, thanks for ringing in. So, for example, on a Dynamic Push day, if there are 20 swinging dips you are suggesting to do some comfortable amount of dips, then move on to push ups. See, the last time this came up, I did 20 pushups on the 3rd or 4th step as that was the only thing I would be able to keep up for 20 after everything else. So even just a few negatives/foot supported dips would seem too much for me in this case.
It is mostly the dynamic days that give me trouble, as I know they aren't supposed to be max days, but they always feel like it to me. The Strength days I find it easier to scale back and do a lot of splitting up multi-plane to their respective parts. Thanks again for commenting.
