Philip Windsor
Hi all, As a little side project i want to try to learn the kip up (Not sure if there is a gymnastic name for that movement) I was thinking that the back roll progressions in Movement 1 will be a big help, and probably Thoracic Bridge work as well. Does anyone have any experience in learning the Kipup and could suggest any extra drills/exercises i can use from any of the courses to aid me? Thanks Phil
Alessandro Mainente
I would add that limber especially the ability to lift up from the bridge to standing position it is important and also bridge pushup. front split stretch series will help to open up the hips when the knee it is bend and in this way preventing the collapse of the hips.
