Hi Guys i want to share my personal preference about how to move around the forum in order to give a reasonable amount of support to the student.

Recently I was in Stroud and landed monday evening, while I was moving back in my car I had a fast check on the forum and i've found that there were different unanswered posts, also I was told that I would be in stroud for a while. many posts had a question for a form check without an answer for a couple of days or more.

This one which follows is recent and it has about 1 day.

1- approve the post in Queue using the CP of the moderators (https://www.gymnasticbodies.com/forum/modcp/approval-queue/)

2-form checks on foundations/handstand1/fundamentals then the other session.

3-have a fast review of the first 10-12 post of a forum subsection so that if members post an update we can give a fast answer if necessary. simply scroll at the end in order to see if there is a more recent video or question.

4-check the MOD forum where periodically someone could post if he/she is away for a while, so that we can give more support if necessary temporary.

A little remember for the "likes": we should put likes on the post/answer where there is a clear explanation of the problem or clear suggestion for technical aspects.

we want that the reference for the suggestions it is (if possible) a Forum Coach rather than a normal member. No matter who, more relevance for Forum Coaches.

This post had a question without a MOD answer for 15 hours.

Please remember to have a fast check on the last 5-8 posts in order to see possible recent answers. rarely people post again again and again in multiple discussions so we do not need to check all the main page discussions of a subsection.

If it does not appear on the Forum main page (on the right  under foundation one there is "Topics") maybe a bit of more deep research is necessary.

got it Alex, i have problems with internet here as i do not have internet access all the time (third world country problems). ill try my best to fix this or maybe i cannot accommodate the demands of being a moderator. sorry for this incident.

Coach Sommer

With the number of moderators we have, 15 hours without at least one of the moderation team stepping up to answer is unacceptable.

Let's stay on top of things, everyone.

Yours in Fitness,

Coach Sommer
