Front lever pull ups full ROM progression tips

Does anybody have any advice on how to get full ROM front lever pull ups. Apart from the first rep it is difficult to pull until the hips touch the bar. What would be the best way to progress to full rom, weighted front lever pull ups? Doing the first rep to the top then coming down really slowly?

i think you have to start the standard front lever progression (pike, advanced tuck, straddle, half lay and full) and pull up. I actually train advanced tuck front lever pull up.. doing a 5 x 3 ..


But this isn't enough... You should be strong at pull up.. 

2-3 consecutive oap, 35-40 pull ups, and 2-3 pull ups with 100% of your bodyweight it's enough to a good result
