how to start?

Hello!

I'm a 16 years old and i want to start a build streght for gymnstic movements (rings, floor excrsice) and improve my flexiblity

 

15% fat body

max pull ups - 8(dead hang to chin)

max push ups - 37

max tuck planche push ups - 4

max tuck planche hold - 30 sec

 

how should i train?

i want to start from 0 and have a good base before i moving to advanced excrsice like planche and rings
