Routine Advice

For many years the Gymnastic Bodies forums have been providing great advice to trainees on their routines. However as good as is, it can not compete with having Coach Sommer's expert direction on how to program for long term progress. Coach Sommer has taken a number of years to create the best possible program for mature trainees, delivered in the best format possible with today's technology. There simply is not a better way to progress with GST than the Foundation / Handstand course combination, the culmination of Coach Sommer's 30+ years of high level gymnastic coaching.

 

For that reason the Gymnastics Bodies forum will no longer accept threads requesting routine advice. At this point we can only give one reasonable answer -- Use the Foundation and Handstand courses.
