Jason Wu
Would you advise someone to simply perform a 1x60 L-Sit as part of their warm up after they achieve a 3x60 L-sit, or would you recommend them to continue doing the 3x60 sec L-sit as part of their warm up? Although it's easy to just say that "more is better," I'm particularly curious if anyone knows what exactly Coach Sommer expects his athletes to do for the L-sit component of their warm up once they achieve a 3x60 L-sit. Thanks!
Cole Dano
One set is enough for warm up. From there L branches to Straddle L and Manna work.
Connor Davies
Also Ring L-sit and L-sit lifts. A solid V-sit is just as good for a press to handstand.
Cole Dano
Ring L Sit is more properly considered as part of Ring Strength, and has it's own progression.
