Matti Lehto
When I hold my right arm horizontally in front of me and retract my scapula, my clavicle dislocates from the sternum and pops forward. It also happens when rotating my arm upwards. There is no pain whatsoever, not even any discomfort, but I still think it's not healthy. However, it doesn't happen for a while after a warm-up/workout. I don't know when this started to happen but it has been a long time. I don't remember injuring it either so I have no idea what caused this. This has never caused any problems, but I got paranoid after reading about this issue on the internet and now I'm afraid to do any kind of shoulder work. Is there any kind of exercises to treat this?
