emos Posted January 1, 2013 Share Posted January 1, 2013 Do you, or can you, also kick up from standing in one smooth motion, either with a fully-extended gymnastics lunge-style kickup or some other way? Ian Legrow Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 Getting into a HS from a straddle, tuck or pike up is definintely a good thing to do. WHat i did notice is that you seem to be controling of your body with your body. IF you notice handbalancers and gymnastics their bodies do not move, everything is controlled in the wrists.
