A Day B Day Gymnastics Routine Questions.

I Created  this routine As a AxBxAxx BxAxBxx Scheduel. My question is, would it be wise to switch prioritization between Hand Stand Push-ups with One Arm Chin-ups, with Planche, and Front Leaver, every other day? Would this also be wise to do the same with the Deadlift, and Pistol Squat, lowering the weight on the proritized pistol squat day? Also how often should you retest you're statics?

Hand Stand Push-ups 3x8

One Arm Chin-up 3x8

Planche static

Front Leaver static

 

B

DeadLift 3x8

Pistol Squat 3x8

Calf Raise 31x12

Shin-raise 3x12

Ab Wheel 3x12

Did I just read that as 8 one arm chin ups...?

 

Also, it may help to know where you are in terms of your strength with other movements like back lever, lsit and how long you can hold your planche ect.

Well I do as many as i can, and finish with weighted chin-ups, why is it such a shock? im at a 15 second advanced tuck frot leaver, a 10 second tucked planche. a 20 second tucked leg  back leaver, and 30 second l-sit.

It's a shock because not too many people can perform that many. Especially with the hold times of your other static positions.
