Andrew Graham Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 Hi guys I had a link that the coach sent me about hip strengthening for the old website but it isn't valid for this new set up!...could someone please direct me to it on the new site? Plus, also if anyone has the time, what would your ideal 'all-round' good hip strengthening routine consist of? I heard single dead lifts were good for the hips? also is there any particular type of squat that works best? If anyone has got a great routine that develops stability, flexibility, power and strength i would be extremely keen on hearing it! cheers all!
