Hello!

 

I am curently at home beacouse i am sick so i have all day, but cant do any intense training. Is good idea to do GOV method with push ups, pull ups and bodyweight(without  barbbell) squats? I was thinking every2 hours one set of each at 60% of my max? How and when should i warm up and stretch?
