Martin de Jesus Ponce Robaldino Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 Well that's my question.... i'd like to know if you foam roll or .apply any technique if myofascial release in order to improve your upperbody mobility or to take away any kind of.muscular knot/ trigger point that represents a "danger"....Personally i usually do some smr in my traps, supraspinatus, infraspinatus and scapula levator....Might be a great idea to know your opinions and personal reccomendations...Greetings from mexico Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
