A Starting Point

So I read through the book, but I have some questions. I'm not very strong for my size and what hoping to increase that lack of strength. I can do 25 good pushups, 2-3 full pullups, and wall assisted handstands for about a minute. Where do I exactly start? Should each workout consist of wrist mobility and strengthening or is there a general template for me to base my workouts on? I've been working the frog planche for 6 seconds on with a 45 second rest. I know it's a modification from the tuck planche in the book, but I felt like it's a good starting point. Coiuld someone point me in the right direction?
