well, i have been workin a lot in my hs, and in the process i had to deal with muscular trigger points, ihad find solution by doing lots of smr and stretching... But i want to think thay is normal to get triger points.... I want know your opinion and w ah t you have done in order to avoid them or to remove them

Before I take apart this topic, I'd like to know what you consider to be a trigger point. There are a great deal of soft tissue anomalies that get thrown into this category and a great deal of non-medically based ideas about this.
