Is this a wise stretching routine to follow?

I have osgood schlatters and bowlegged legs. Is it wise for me to be training for the splits?

I can post pictures if necessary.

Also, can somebody tell me how to keep my back straight on stretches such as the pike. I feel like I hunch over during the stretches/have an overdeveloped upper back.

Umm, keep your back straight from the very start whether you do it standing or sitting. Don't allow yourself to round over.

We've obviously had gymnasts who have had OsgoodSchlaters but I havent had any with bowlegs. No idea on that combo.
