Shoulders During Stomach to Wall Handstands

Hi,

While training stomach to wall handstands, should I focus on pushing into the floor with my hands and thus lengthening my arms and shoulders, or shrug my neck in towards my shoulders?

Full extension in the shoulder joint is what you are after.

It's a good drill to do some shoulder shrugs in HS to get that extension strength.
