Iron Cross work in a routine?

What would iron cross replace is im working, one arm chin-ups, front leaver rows, planche push-ups, and hand stand presses?

Depends if you are just doing holds, negatives or pullouts.

I mean generally it's something you won't work on until you have mastered both the front and back lever and according to the GB program, press to HS on rings with straight arms.

By that time, the levers and press HS will be cake. So you would focus on the cross work and just do maintenance on those easier skills or work them in a ring strength routine.
