Jean-Rene Losier
So I'm finishing m second cycle and I've made some pretty amazing progress ( I like to think so anyway ).I've been doing HeSPU's for the last 2 cycles and I've gotten quite comfortable doing them, so I'm thinking of moving on up to Elevated HeSPU. But my HeSPU isn't perfectly stable going up. Some times it'll be good, others, not so much. So I'm kinda wondering if I should just continue with the regular HeSPU and now focus on my stability and a slower tempo, or if I should just move on ahead to performing Elevated HeSPU's? Nic Branson
Lower the tempo and tighten your body up when you ascend. Focus on one thing at a time. Making it harder while also trying to fix stability means both suffer from making as much progress as they could.
