needadvise Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 HI guys, i ve train planche for an year and i don't see myself getting better for 10 months.i got stock at the max 35sec for long time, and don't know what to do...it was max 35sec 10months ago and it still ishere is my planche program: tuck planche hold 25sec x 4 tuck planche push up 5 x 5 headstand pushup on wall 5x5i do this once a week and i train total 5days a week my right shoulder is a bit bent to front, so i have a week at protraction with my right side when equally protracted, my right arm is longer than left.
