1.superman 60 seconds

2.plank 60 seconds

3.Hollow 60 seconds

4.side planks 60 seconds

5.reverse plank 60 seconds

2x sets of of static max

Note: i have moved on in the progressions of these statics surpassing these

1.pull-up bar finger holds starting with 4 fingers eventually to 1 finger 1 arm

2.False grip hold on pull-up bar

3.handstand

4.tucked back leaver

5. frog stance
