The Prone Straight Arm Pull under the Kipping section and the Straight Arm Pulls with Weight under the Casting section. The problem is how much should I lift? Shall I lift what I can manage within sets of 8-12 reps? And shall I keep practicing those exercises until I can eventually reach my own bodyweight (64 kgs)?
