I was doing it for a couple of weeks in July-August and I really liked it, it's straight 10min work with no breaks causing a good burn in the abs. I find it quite effective for burning some fat too.

Here it is in written form from some user on youtube who apparently didn't know the exact names for the exercises:

100 leg lifts up and down (walking up a wall), sit-up position.

50 leg lifts side to side (over and under), (as above)

55 small leg pushes (raised legs press), (as above)

50 bum lifts (legs at 90 degree angle)

50 Jack knifes (raised vertically)

50 crunches (touching knee)

50 (fly catchers) tilt body vertically side to side.

20 crunches each (handshakes) - left, middle and right

25 Circular crunches each (hands folded on chest) to right and left

Short break

13 Crunches each to opposite knee – to left. (To right – MISSED in video. Makes sense to include)

30 heel touches each. Right and left

50 Side crunches each (on your side) – to right knee (leg bent in sit up position) and to left knee

30 Prayer torso twists each (hands on chest with legs raised) – to right

50 leg pushes (raised legs press) with hands on ground, behind buttocks.
