Stand under a door then take a small step forward (door is now behind your back), put your hands on both sides of the door frames at your waist level, then lean backward towards the door and hold as long as your can. You can vary the intensity by the degree of lean, and you can also try push back to return to the starting position then repeat. When I do it I can really feel it in the triceps and every muscle in the upper to mid back. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
