At best I could hold the free handstand for like 10 seconds, but now it seems totally lost. That's why I started with walls. The problem is, as I come of the wall to balance on my own, even I come off just slightly, I immediately start to fall backward. Any tips? Maybe my body isn't straigth enough...Thanks in advance!
