Back tingling

Know it's difficult if not impossible to diagnosis "remotely" but here it is anyway!

Back tingling between the lower shoulder blades, on the left side more than the right.

It is only when standing and bending forward a bit at the hips.

Guess it's in the thoracic spine level.

There is no pain, just tingling sensation. I can stop it by moving my mid-upper spine around in small circles

like a mini-hula hoop, or changing positions of course.

Ran yesterday and no pain from from landing or spine jarring.

Does it sound like something that should prompt me to avoid training?

If it isn't a spontaneous event, it could have started from several things or a combination, in time proximity order:

1) using ab wheel - extending farther than usual (day -1)

2) ring pullups/pushups (day -2)

3) bjj free rolling (hadn't done it in several years and the session started without a warmup! (day -4)

At first I thought it was the BJJ since that was the most vigorous. But it was time-wise not connected.

Working on self massage, stretching for now. May get it checked out if it doesn't get resolve in a few days.

Any thoughts?
