Paleowarrior Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 Hi ( first post)Once personal strengh levels have been reached is it then possible to move up to a more hypertrophy based rep range add weight etc. For example say you have planche press ups good,FL,BL etc and you have no want to progress to advanced moves e.g Iron cross, can you simply start training them movements for higher reps with increased weight to build size.Thanks alot guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
