Lower Body ligament/tendon strength

To my understanding, when static movements are worked out properly, the ligaments and tendons, become stronger as well. I was just curious if theirs any statics, or other movements, that would strengthen my ligaments, and tendons in the lower body. Such as in the hips, knees, and ankles, thank-you.

the Single Leg Squat pistol style. Holding a BW/asian squat or horse stance.

Beam stuff like forced arch plie. This is a plie down on the balls of the feet.
