TheRustySpoon Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 hi, i keep getting cramps on my right thighs when i lower from a tucked l into a l seat. is this from a lack of flexiblity or lack or strength in the thigh area? any ideas how to fix this?another question, when doing a l seat is you body suppose to be in line with your arm?, because i feel my butt is out and my body is behind my arms Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
