L-seat cramps...

hi, i keep getting cramps on my right thighs when i lower from a tucked l into a l seat. is this from a lack of flexiblity or lack or strength in the thigh area? any ideas how to fix this?

another question, when doing a l seat is you body suppose to be in line with your arm?, because i feel my butt is out and my body is behind my arms

I can't really answer your second question, but to your first. I would suggest keep doing them, when you cramp up stretch out a little and go back, they will go away with time.
