Scapula in a Wide arm handstand

Anyone know what the scapula position should be in a wide arm (Japanese) Handstand?

My guess is retracted

I'd go with elevated, like in a normal handstand. Neutral as for protraction/retraction; don't see much use for either.

Thanks Coach! Tought I might start to try them against a wall.

First narrow and then go wider as I get more stable. Long time goal though :shock:

What does posterior rotation mean?
