Giancarlo Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Hi folks, I work rings for strength a lot but I was considering building a mushroom to do circles on to develop some dynamic strength as well, I was just wondering if pommel training is a good modality for developing dynamic strength before I buy the wood for the mushroom.
