Evilllamas
HiI'v been reading around, and it's become apparent that some specific conditioning for my wrists and forearms will be beneficial.I'm always tentative with my wrists though, having had tendinitis in them before. The exercises I'v seen for them, have been the wrist push ups posted by Coach, and fingertip push ups.I'd be doing the easier variant of the wrist push ups, on me knees in stead of full push up position to get used to them. How often a week should I do these, or are there better exercises out there (I could do a fair number of finger tip push ups once, so they didn't seem to increase my strength due to high reps). And forearm/ wrist conditioning info welcome. Thanks
Rik de Kort
Rice bucket and wrist roller are two very nice, scalable wrist exercises.
Bryce Warren
Not sure on how often other people like to do wrist conditioning but I do it in most of my cooldowns after training.c2w1PeSR8G4
