George Navarro Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 Would it be beneficial to hold sets to failure in front lever on either straddle or half lay ? I remember another post saying that after a straddle proficiency has been reached for 15 seconds or so on planche that your body would then probably benefit from doing it.
