griffdrc Posted November 4, 2008 Share Posted November 4, 2008 my handstands have gotten a lot better... my best holds are 30-45 seconds free standing... i don't feel like i have to come down because of strength or balence but because i lose concentration... has anyone else had this problem? what has helped you? i try counting but it only works so long...
