So I thought we could try to sum up some exercises in this thread so everyone who is interested in this subject could get som ideas. Vagabond Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 And claping HeSPUs!For raw power development (without the stretch-reflex, so it isn't plyometric), it is also good to start movements from the bottom position and do them very explosively.You can also do jumping inverted rows between two bars that are placed wide enough so your body can pass through them (place a mat under you in case you fail catching them).Don't forget kips on various apparatus (high bar, parallel bars, rings). If you do them one after each other and try to get faster, it is a full body plyometric movement.There's a bunch of different swings and counter-swings you can do on the high bar.Most parallel bar moves are very plyometric by nature, just take regular swings, back and front between the bars, dismounts, backtoss, elie...
