seiyafan
When I do inverted hang on rings with straight legs, I found it difficult to maintain a straight body, my pelvis tend to fall (blame gravity ), I don't know how to lift it to maintain the straight body. Any tips?
alec_ar
I am no authority on the subject, but it sounds like you might simply have a lack of core strength needed to keep the body tight during the inverted hang. Particularly in your lower back. Are your glutes tensed during the inverted hangs? Other people will be better equipped to help you out, but maybe try working some skin-the-cats and basic pulls to inverted hang until your core gets the feeling of the movement. Also, does your pelvis fall backwards or forwards? Scott Malin
You don't need to do anything special: a better body line will come with time on the inverted hangs. Keep up diligently on your FSP's and your workout and the rest will come naturally. In fact, it'll likely sneak up on you.
Brian Li
If your body is falling back then it could be weakness from the abs and ab exercises can help fix it. Cory's suggestion of spending more time in the inverted hang will also address this.
