Warming up for FBE

Guest Ragnarok

I know with weights they do warmup sets with progressively heavier weights, but how would you warmup for FBE's, at least the ones that are unweighted?

Or what are some guidelines for properly warming up? I don't know too much about this area...

I see. And how many sets/reps should i do for those warmup sets and how much should i rest in between?
