Alessandro Mainente Posted May 16, 2012 Share Posted May 16, 2012 after about one month and half since i've started more hips mobility ans specific pancake stretching, i wasn't able to go down more than 20° from the straddle seated position..now..it also increase my general abolity in split, straddle - L, straddle press to handstand (so that i had achieved my first pike press to handstand) and so on..
