pancake progress

after about one month and half since i've started more hips mobility ans specific pancake stretching, i wasn't able to go down more than 20° from the straddle seated position..now..

it also increase my general abolity in split, straddle - L, straddle press to handstand (so that i had achieved my first pike press to handstand) and so on..

Great progress. I started working on my pancake stretch too but have not made much progress yet. Can you tell me what you did specifically for hip mobility work?

if i can i'll do a video this evening after training, i use the reverse pancake to increase better because i can't use the PNF tecnique in the normal position
