Sven Ravnstag Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 After hearing that coach prefers to train manna separate from the (other) fundamental static holds, I've decided to start practicing them for 5-10 mins on my non-WOD days (Wednesday and Saturday). Would it be advisable then to add in sets of ring handstands to my static practice to get better in the ring handstand position?Also, I was thinking of using the two off days references above to train manna as well as to do two weekly serious stretching sessions.
