OdinsMonkey Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 Quick question on planks, I'm not having much trouble holding myself up on my arms but I can't stay up for more than a few seconds because my upper right leg (hip area) always cramps up very quickly. I used to specifically warm up my legs for that very reason and suddenly, I don't have to do that anymore. Your body will adapt, some time.
