ando87 Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 I've got a few questions regarding creating a routine for a 10x3 scheme. Basically ive been doing static work 10x6secs then onto FBE 3-5sets of 3-5reps on MTTF but im not sure if its best to keep the routine as it is but use 10x3 on the FBE, will it be too much on my CNS? maybe i should split my workout into bodyparts?
