Hi, I do Basic Ring Strength and I'd like to add other exercises. What exercises I can add to my ring routine? Eg.

1.Basic Ring Strength

2. Cranks or reverse cranks

3. Handstand on rings.

4. Iron cross dips assisted?

I'm not sure I understand. If you're performing a ring strength routine, why not incorporate the additional elements into the routine directly rather than doing them at the end?

Basically, everything you do on the rings you can incorporate into it. Play around for a bit, see what you like.
