Cole Dano
kind of unrelated, but Ive always wondered this. When would you know when "proficiency of the FBEs has been achieved" and you can move onto advanced ring strength exercises? Will it be explained in the next book? Just curious :wink:I'm not sure it will addressed specifically, but the next book will have MUCH clearer progressions and programing. The intention is you should be able to do nearly everything in the second edition before moving on to more advanced ring work. There will be some additions and subtractions from the first edition in terms of exercise content, so it's not exactly the same as everything in the first edition. There will be some surprises if you've been following the program for a while, but they are all good ones.
