Alessandro Mainente
hi to everyone, i have mastered some skill on rings where sometime i combine kip and roll with isometrich...in your opinion there is something where i have to focuse myself now?the last skill that i have achieved are-back kip (arms at 135°) to support-front kip (arms very near to 170-180°) to advanced tuck planche and hold for 5-6 sec or straddle for 1-2 sec-slow backward roll to bent arm planche (and sometime slow roll backward to bent arm planche and press to adv tuck pl)not i'm working on inverted muscle up...but there is something new, in your opinion, that i can put in rings strength training?i was thinking about iron cross cause i have the pre req's..but i prefer more ideas before starting with something newwhen a skill is achieved the gymnast usually maintain it or is not necessary? this point is not cleari'll appreciate your opinions
