umbu
Hi all,I have read the sticky on "scapula positions for basic exercises", but it does not cover these:- Should the scapula for L-sits be fully retracted or slightly protracted? It seems much more difficult to do them with retracted scapula and I'm wondering if there is any benefit to do them this way.- Should the scapula retract at the bottom of a planche pushup, similar to a normal pushup? Again this is super difficult and I'm wondering if it is advisable. Please do provide some insight, thank you!
