Martin de Jesus Ponce Robaldino Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 Hello everybody!Well, i have some problem with my wrists... the ROM in the extension in them is poor, and i have already tried a lot of excersices for improving it, but it just hasn't improved at all..i wouldn't say there's a problem but the fact is that i'm having some troubles in my planche leans and frogstands, as it usually is a little painful if i try to extend it more....In order to increase my rom in extension, what excersices might be good to perform.?Thanks in advice! Blairbob Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Sit on knees, place hands in front of knees. Lean forward while on knees, butt in air ( on all 4s ). Shoulders forward of wrists.
