Tuck-planche work or Pseudo-planche push-ups?

First thing people do is pseudo-planche push ups and that isn't completely wrong but you should stick with the frog stand, tuck planche routine, simply because most people do not do pseudo-planche push ups correctly and to do them correctly you must have a good base with the tuck planche and advance tuck planche position, so till you can hold a advance tuck planche for 10 seconds or so don't do pseudo-planche push ups.

Pseudo-pushups are fine but IMO don't really build the midline strength the tuck planche does nor does it work the balance and courage of working the planche hold.
